APPIA enjoyed our first visit to Ocean City, MD and the Chesapeake TriCon. Martin Korz presented our first paper in a technical track, "Refining PCCP Inspections by Understanding Electromagnetic Field Interactions."

It wasn't all work though, we did eat ice cream every night!

APPIA had a great time in Calgary. The week started with a presentation by Ad and Martin at the Large Diameter Pipelines Pre-Conference workshop, complete with live physics demonstrations and a miniature PCCP mock-up.
On display at the APPIA booth was our newest NFT inspection tool for PCCP, an interactive camera system and a chance for attendees to look at live data captured on our mini PCCP mockup.

APPIA's interactive tabletop exhibit was well-received as we were able to offer live demonstrations of our AI-enhanced camera system and also educate attendees about electromagnetics with a few science experiments. Despite lots of rain, the team enjoyed California and we look forward to returning soon.

APPIA enjoyed walking the Expo hall and meeting local consulting firms, utilities and vendors. There are many great opportunities to assist Florida utilities with the management of their critical pipeline infrastructure. We look forward to participating again in 2024.
